V&A Dundee is the first dedicated design museum in Scotland and the only other V&A Museum anywhere in the world outside London.

An electronic contract of the washroom equipment required was sent to Spectrum for them to sign digitally ensuring it can all be done in an instant which included 22 sanitary bins, 6 Oxy-Gen air freshener units, 4 nappy disposal units and urinal mats. |
| Outcome | Wilson Washroom Services were required to have this job completed in a timely manner as the museum was just about ready to open to the public. This was achieved with all new equipment supplied and fitted prior to the extremely successful opening of the site to the public. After a few weeks of the museum opening, they realised with the amount of people coming through the doors the 2 weekly service cycle was not sufficient, so Wilson Washrooms was again contacted to see if we could possibly up the service cycle to weekly on a short term basis to meet the pressures being placed on the facility.
