| Solution | Our salesman went out to meet with Jim onsite to see exactly what they were requiring. He carried out a complete site survey, and discussed the requirements with the customer who was happy with the suggestions made. We then provided them with a quote which they were happy to accept. A digital contract of the washroom equipment required was sent to them to Eco sign, which included 3 designer white sanitary bins and 1 nappy disposal bin. The digital contract allows us to send the contract via the internet for the customer to fully review and sign online, with both parties then receiving a signed copy. This is a very efficient time saving process. We also fitted their washrooms out with our very stylish Northshore toilet roll and hand towel dispensers in white finishing touches. |
