We carried out an immediate site survey and presented our suggestions to their management. Our proposals regarding service, hygiene products and price were accepted. |
| Solution | The site has been supplied with many stylish sanitary units in the washrooms, which are in line with the status of the casino. We also installed superior air fresh units to compliment the overall restroom experience. Vending machines and other washroom disposal units are also installed throughout the casino. We had discussed the service cycle and replacement of products that would be required to ensure all washrooms were kept of the highest standards. Wilsons Washroom Services has been servicing this contract for some time and it was agreed that we would periodically check in with the management to ensure all was running smoothly.
