2026 sees Wilson Washrooms celebrating 20 fantastic years in business.
From our humble beginnings of two men and a van to running a fleet of 24 vehicles and 40 staff serving businesses across Scotland and the North of England. Thank you to all our customers and suppliers for partnering with us and being part of our success story. We are proud to have provided 20 years of professional washroom services and look forward to the next 20 years!
Growing to Meet Your Needs
Twenty years ago, we started supporting mainly small clients including cafés, restaurants and various SMEs around the Glasgow area. Through the hard work of our dedicated team, many larger clients followed and our small enterprise started to grow too.
Over the years we have consistently proven that no job is too big for us. We work with corporations, global hotel chains, golf resorts, national football and rugby stadiums and major concert venues; we also supply large (and local) festivals and events with temporary, ‘pop-up’ style facilities. However, the mainstay of our business is still with SMEs, many of whom we started with two decades ago, and we are proud to continue to support them. Our work with them is equally as valuable as that of our larger customers.
In order to maintain our growth, we have recently moved into a larger modern office complex in Clydebank with open plan working areas, a state-of-the-art boardroom and, crucially, plenty of parking for staff and visitors alike.
But that is not all there is to celebrate. We have also revamped our website to make it easier to navigate and get the answers you’re looking for, as well as provide detailed FAQs should you have a challenge in your washroom that needs some attention.
On top of all this we’ve refreshed our logo to reinforce our core values of Sustainable, Reliable and Affordable, something we’re sure all our customers can relate to, reflected in the fact that we have over 200 five-star Google Reviews (the highest of any independent washroom business in Scotland).

Our growth would never have been possible without our fantastic staff.
We are proud of our dedicated staff members, some of whom have been with us since the beginning of this 20-year journey. They are the linchpin of our business: they show up on time and do their job efficiently and courteously. Our customers’ feedback about our staff over the years has always been positive, and a lot of this is due to good training and support.

Leading the Way in Inclusive Washroom Services
We are proud of our recent launch of stoma care kits in male washrooms, addressing a crucial but often overlooked requirement and supporting dignity and accessibility for all users. Many local authorities and independent businesses now offer these kits in their washrooms throughout the UK, including in rural washrooms on tourist routes.
Our feminine hygiene services, a mainstay of Wilson Washrooms’ success, have expanded significantly too as we serve everyone from small independent cafés to large public facilities and corporate headquarters. We provide the same high standard of discreet, professional service to all our customers, from single-site businesses to multiple locations. We are SEPA registered and any business working with us knows we deal responsibly with all sanitary waste.
Expanding Our Reach
We started in Clydebank on the West Coast of Scotland and our service areas have grown considerably. Across Scotland, we now cover way beyond the Central Belt, reaching coastal communities, rural businesses and everything in between.
South of the border, we’ve extended our services well beyond the North East into the Midlands, South East and other regions, bringing our expertise to businesses nationwide across the UK.
Supporting Our Communities
Reaching 20 years also wouldn’t be possible without the communities we serve.
We’re proud to support local charities including the Glasgow Care Foundation and work with professional sports clubs across Scotland and England, ensuring their facilities meet the highest standards for players, staff and supporters.
